I am delighted to commend and recommend the Pilates classes that Gill Huckett organises and runs in Borehamwood. I’ve found them to be wholly beneficial.

I've been attending her Friday classes for a few years, following an episode of bad back pain. The classes are enjoyable and class members are friendly: we all have a giggle.

Gill demonstrates the exercises and augments her demonstrations with clear, step-by-step instructions, as we undertake each set. The class size is such that she can check-up on us individually, to ensure that we are all doing the right thing!

Gill gives us the option to work at basic, intermediate or advanced levels within each type of exercise, so we’re always encouraged to work to our full potential. However, there’s no pressure to compete against other class members.

Best of all, my back feels more supple and I feel enormously better overall, after each class!
